A Visa, JCB, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Q About security code
A security code is a number that is printed on the front or back of your credit card, and is different from the card number.
For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, it is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card.
For American Express, it is a four-digit number printed on the front of the card.

Q About delivery notes/receipts
As part of our efforts to be environmentally friendly, FENGGY has discontinued including paper invoices in our orders. Instead, we will use the information provided in the order completion email.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
A: Once your order is completed, we cannot change the delivery address. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: About canceling an order
A Once an order is completed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges (size or color). (This also applies to cancellations due to forgetting to enter a coupon code.) Please be aware of this in advance. Before completing your order, please be sure to check your customer information, size, color, price, quantity, coupon code, etc.
Q If I don't receive an order email
A An order completion email will be sent to your registered email address after you have completed your order process.
It is possible that the e-mail has been sent to your spam or promotions folder, or has not been received properly, so please check your registered e-mail address and e-mail reception settings.
If you have set up an inbox block, please change your settings so that you can receive emails from "@fenggy.jp".
Returns/Cancellations
Q About returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us via " Inquiries ".
We cannot accept returns using any method other than those specified by our company. We cannot change or exchange returned items for other items (including exchanges for items with different sizes), so please be sure to check the size, color, price, and quantity before completing your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the delivered item is defective or the item you received is different from the order. For details on items that are not eligible for return and other returns, please see the [ Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act ] at the bottom of the page.
Q About defective products
A We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If the product is defective, regardless of whether it is a non-cancellable product or not, we will exchange it for the same product if we have it in stock. If there is no stock available for exchange, we will refund your money. *This only applies if the product is unused (only tried on, with the product tag still attached) and within one week of delivery.

A: Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time.
Q How many days until delivery?
A Products will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after your order.
Please note that shipments may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders or due to shipping procedures.
We will contact you by email once the shipment is complete.
Q About shipping costs
